
1. Existing sod or rock is removed and hauled away. Any existing sprinkler systems are capped.
2. Ground is leveled and 2"-3" of chat is applied to dirt. The chat is hosed down then compacted. This provides a base for the synthetic grass to be attached to.
3. The grass is cut to the appropriate size and seemed where necessary.

4. The edges of the grass are then tucked in to give the grass a more realistic look. This step is followed by the application of 7" galvanized nails around the perimiter to hold the grass in place.
5. Black sand or rubber infill is then applied and power broomed into the grass to provide strand stability and add to the realistic feel of the grass.
